 Why was host mapping removed from my account?

Answer 

It is a Zendesk policy that the DNS must be properly configured following the steps listed in the Changing the address of your Help Center subdomain (host mapping) article. If there is a misconfiguration in the DNS we will remove the invalid host mapping to ensure the security and usability of the subdomain(s) or brand(s).
